Why is a new report not showing yet?

Reports are generated after the close on trading days. The run starts at 17:10 ET and reports publish one by one as each finishes, so they appear through the evening rather than all at once. Subscribers read them the same day; free accounts read most of them the next trading session, and everyone can read any report within 7 days of publication.

How are verdicts scored?

After the next trading session closes, each rating is compared to that session’s price move (with a small dead-band so flat days don’t count as wins or losses). The full method is at /performance/methodology.

Question 5

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Settings → Change plan → Cancel plan. Access runs to the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the subscription stops renewing after that.

Question 6

Do you give refunds?

Accepted Answer

Subscription fees are non-refundable, and cancelling doesn’t refund the period you’re currently in — you keep access until it ends. We consider exceptions case by case: email support@traderpunk.app.

Question 7

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Danger zone. Deleting cancels any active subscription immediately and forfeits paid time left on it, so if you’ve paid for time you haven’t used, cancel first and delete once the period ends.
