Terms of Service

Agreement

TraderPunk is a service operated by Clickable Company Limited ("we", "us"), and these Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Clickable Company Limited. By creating an account or otherwise using traderpunk.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to a paid tier.

The service

TraderPunk publishes daily AI-generated stock research. Paid subscribers get same-day access to every report the moment it is published. Signed-in free accounts get access once a report has been scored against the market — typically the next trading session — and every report becomes free to read for everyone, including signed-out visitors, 7 days after its publication. Reports outside your current access window simply do not appear; there is no partial or teaser view. We currently cover approximately the 100 largest U.S. public companies by market value; the coverage universe may change at our discretion — for example when the market's largest companies change — and individual stocks may be added or removed without notice. Watchlists are a free organizational feature and do not affect report access.

Reports are generated and published on a nightly schedule on trading days, and publishing completes over the course of the evening rather than at a fixed minute. We do not guarantee that a report will be published for any particular stock on any particular day, or that the Service will be available uninterrupted.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid tiers are billed in advance through Stripe by Clickable Company Limited; charges appear on your card statement as TRADERPUNK. The Trader tier is sold on a monthly plan and an annual plan — current prices for each are shown at /pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, and continue to renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Change plan; when you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription will not renew after that. If your subscription ends or lapses, we do not delete any data — your account and watchlist remain, and you return to the free tier, where reports become readable once scored — typically the next trading session — or, for anyone, within 7 days. We may change subscription prices with advance notice; continuing to use a paid tier after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price at your next renewal.

Changing plans

You can switch between the monthly and annual plans at any time from Settings → Change plan. Switching to the annual plan starts a new annual term immediately and charges you that day; the amount is prorated for the time remaining on your current period, and we show you the exact amount for confirmation before the charge is made. Switching to the monthly plan, or cancelling, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for and moves no money at the time you request it.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing; it does not refund the period you are currently in, and you keep access for the rest of that period. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately and forfeits any paid time remaining on it — so if you have paid for a period you have not finished using, cancel rather than delete, and delete the account after the period ends. We may grant a refund at our discretion: email support@traderpunk.app and we will consider the request. Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, systematically download, resell, sublicense, or redistribute report content — in whole or in part — outside the Service. You may not attempt to bypass, probe, or circumvent access controls, including by sharing credentials, session tokens, or account access with anyone not authorized to hold them. Each account is for use by one person; do not share a single account across multiple individuals.

Content & IP

Reports are AI-generated and provided "as is." Clickable Company Limited (or its licensors) owns all right, title, and interest in the Service and its content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view reports you are entitled to access, for your own use. The disclaimer published at /disclaimer describes the nature and limitations of report content in detail and is incorporated into, and forms part of, these Terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deleting your account immediately cancels any active subscription, ends your access, and removes your profile, watchlist, and subscription records. It cannot be undone, and any remaining paid time is forfeited — see Refunds above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the acceptable-use restrictions above, without prior notice where we reasonably believe immediate action is warranted.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading or investment losses you incur in connection with your use of the Service, including losses resulting from acting on report content.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok, Thailand have jurisdiction over them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country where you live, nor of any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is provided by CLICKABLE COMPANY LIMITED, a limited company registered in Thailand on 22 May 2014 (B.E. 2557).
